If you are want to get results fast, or lose those Christmas kilos, Healthy Executives Boot Camp is an outdoor group exercise program (2 - 3 sessions a week) held at various locations around Brisbane City.

With a massive variety of fat burning exercises designed to give your body the ultimate mental and physical workout, you have a choice of either early mornings or lunchtime sessions.

Our Boot Camp programs have safe innovative activities that will increase your strength and tone, cardiovascular fitness, core stability, and the opportunity to build friendships with fellow team members.

What is a Boot Camp?

Boot camp is considered a generic Military term representing the ultimate in mental and physical workouts. It is a program designed to get results quickly in a group atmosphere where teamwork and discipline is instilled to perform tasks one would not normally be motivated to do at that level on their own. Healthy Executives Boot Camps are designed to get you fit and motivated to stay fit.

There are two power packed sessions a week involving a variety of exercises ranging from log carrying, tyre pushing, partner activities, cardio drills, team games, and team challenges, so be prepared to see results.

Who can do it?

Our camps cater for all fitness levels ranging from the person who has not participated in physical activity since school, right through to the experienced exerciser. Healthy Executives Boot Camps has especially designed and tested all of the exercises to ensure they are completely safe and our instructors have a variety of options available to accommodate each and every participant.

When and where is it?

Healthy Executives runs Boot Camps every week. You have a choice of either morning or lunchtime sessions.

You must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to each session commencing. All sessions are 45 minutes in duration.

Healthy Executives Boot Camps are held at various locations around the Brisbane city area including Roma St Parklands and Kangaroo Point. All participants are given a monthly timetable of location dates.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • T-Shirt. When you register for a Healthy Executives Boot Camp you will receive your very own Boot Camp T-shirt. You must wear this t-shirt to each and every session to show you are part of the team. In the cooler months you may wish to wear a long sleeve skivvy under your t-shirt for extra warmth.
  • Shorts. In addition you will need a pair of comfortable shorts or tights.
  • Shoes. Wear a pair of running shoes. Avoid street shoes or tennis shoes as these will not have the necessary support needed for Boot Camp.
  • Towel & water. A towel for after the session and your Healthy Executives Boot Camp drink bottle. (Be sure to be hydrated before and after the session)
