What is a Boot Camp?

Boot camp is considered a generic Military term representing the ultimate in mental and physical workouts. It is a program designed to get results quickly in a group atmosphere where teamwork and discipline is instilled to perform tasks one would not normally be motivated to do at that level on their own. Healthy Executives Boot Camps are designed to get you fit and motivated to stay fit.

There are two power packed sessions a week involving a variety of exercises ranging from log carrying, tyre pushing, partner activities, cardio drills, team games, and team challenges, so be prepared to see results.

Who can do it?

Healthy Executives Boot Camps are available to anyone who wants to improve on their health and fitness levels. Our camps cater for all fitness levels ranging from the person who has not participated in physical activity since school, right through to the experienced exerciser. Healthy Executives Boot Camps has especially designed and tested all of the exercises to ensure they are completely safe and our instructors have a variety of options available to accommodate each and every participant.
